Hiding in the Palms…
Desert Jobs Blog By Murrel Crump on 7/19/2007 10:12 AM
Well, the new television show Hidden Palms has been on the air for a while now, and you may or may not be the demographic for the program (Toto, we aren’t in Dawson’s Creek anymore!). What do people do all day?
Desert Jobs Blog By Murrel Crump on 7/16/2007 5:15 PM
Being in the human resources field you might think it natural for me to read books on the classification of work describing different types of jobs and the tasks that are usually undertaken by incumbents in that particular employment category. For you out-of-towners I want to note that the Desert has some of the best recreational bicycle trails you can find anywhere, I guess that goes along with all the sunshine (eat your heart out Chicago). So, plan to bring your bike along when you visit the Desert, or check with your hotel concierge for rentals once you arrive.

Don’t get trapped into pricing yourself out of a job!
Desert Jobs Blog By Murrel Crump on 6/25/2007 10:45 AM
Employers sometimes use “desired” salary as a resume or application sorting tool.
