One area of work for Human Resources professions across the globe involves going out in the field to study jobs, which sometimes involves gauging how well people like their assignment. I am always surprised at the differences in job satisfaction reported from one incumbent to the next in jobs that have the very same duties and responsibilities.

Ever had an idea cross you mind and thought to yourself, “I should write that down!” Well I do… have ideas that is, and quite recently I created a file on my (virtual) desktop where I list these ideas. You see, I have to do this because I have a mind that works like lightning… one brilliant flash and it is gone.
