Jason Alba, IT professional and self-styled career guidance guru (seems like a nice guy just trying to make an extra blog buck) had a very interesting entry last spring where he contrasted job search and “career management.” He started off by explaining, “I frequently think about how we think of our job transitions - we are supposed to have lots of them during our career…”
