Arnold Schwarzenegger has for many years been a frequent visitor to the Coachella Valley. In pre-Governor days he could often be seen with Maria, out and about in the Desert.  His return visits are now more formal as head of state government, but he does manage to get back here every once and a while.  And, I bet that he keeps up with the area news. 

I found it interesting that after several entries in my blog, the Governor has jumped into the subject of internet security, by proclaiming October 2007, as “Cyber Security Awareness Month.”  I can’t claim a direct relationship between the two events, or that one was the motivation for the other (you be the judge of that), but I am glad that we are now on the same page.
