New Employee Orientation is conducted regularly. The employee orientation is specially designed for temporary workers, and employees are provided with a handbook outlining County of Riverside TAP/MAP rules and regulations.
TAP/MAP assignments vary in length.
TAP/MAP employees are temporary, at-will employees, and are not guaranteed regular positions. The TAP/MAP employees who successfully complete their assignments with a positive performance evaluation from their department may be eligible to be reassigned based on current job orders.
