    What happens at the end of my assignment?

    If you have been on an assignment for six months, your supervisor/department may request an extension. If they do, you may be authorized to work up until a total of 12 months on an assignment.

    How long can I stay in the TAP Program?

    You may work on one assignment up to 12 months. You may work continuously within the TAP Program for up to a maximum of 2 years. After that, we require you to take a break in service for at least 60 days before being considered for a new assignment.

    Do you require a background and physical to be hired?

    Yes. You will be required to complete a background and physical prior to being placed on an assignment.

    Are there any tests I will need to take prior to being considered for employment on a TAP Assignment?

    Some of our classifications do require a pre-employment test. Some common classifications that we hire for that require testing are: Office Assistant, Animal Care Technicians, Accounting Assistant, Parking Attendant and BiLingual positions.
