Employee Assistance Services

Riverside County realizes that problems at work or in your personal life can become difficult to manage from time to time, causing emotional stress. Since 1981 Riverside County has offered the support of the Employee Assistance Services (EAS) to help its employees and their families' live happier, more productive lives.

The EAS is a free, confidential service that provides individual and group counseling on a variety of issues. EAS counselors are trained and licensed professionals who can assist you and your family in resolving:

  • Marital/couples/family issues
  • Emotional distress
  • Grief and loss issues
  • Interpersonal conflicts
  • Alcohol and drug abuse

In addition, the EAS provides a variety of regularly scheduled workshops on topics ranging from stress management and relaxation to health care and wellness. You will receive periodic updates as new programs develop.

Complete Confidentiality
Because your well-being is our top priority, we encourage usage of EAS benefits whenever needed. The EAS is completely confidential. As part of your confidentiality rights, employers cannot be told of any visits without your written permission.
