Since 1981 Riverside County has offered the support of the Employee Assistance Services (EAS) to help its employees and their families' live happier, more productive lives.
The EAS is a free, confidential service that provides individual and group counseling on a variety of issues. EAS counselors are trained and licensed professionals who can assist you and your family in resolving:
- Marital/couples/family issues
- Emotional distress
- Grief and loss issues
- Interpersonal conflicts
- Alcohol and drug abuse
In addition, the EAS provides a variety of regularly scheduled workshops on topics ranging from stress management and relaxation to health care and wellness. You will receive periodic updates as new programs develop.
