Q: What is Caught Living the Values?
A: Caught Living the Values is an employee recognition program for the Human Resources Department. All employees in Human Resources can find it on the HR website and fill out a quick nomination form. Nominations are then sent to the Communications Team. The Communications Team provides a digital certificate to the person that provided the nomination as well as their manager. During the ALL HR managers meeting, HR Director Mike Stock will provide printed certificates to the managers/supervisors to be delivered to their employees. If you have been nominated twice in on quarter you will receive a special token.
Q: How do I refer an employee?
A: To refer an employee, visit the HR website under HR Toolbox or click on the link for Caught Living the Values.
Q: Does the employee have to be an HR employee or can they be from another department?
A: At this time, the employee recognition program is ONLY for HR Employees.
Q: How will I know when the employee receives their recognition?
A: Nominations are reconciled quarterly and emailed to the nominee as well as the nominee’s manager.
