County of Riverside - Employee Assistance Services

EAS, formerly EAP, is offering expanded services to all employees and dependents on a SAME DAY basis. EAS provides help in resolving your concerns confidentially with one of our licensed therapists. All EAS clinicians are professionally trained, licensed in the State of California and mandated by law to keep your issues confidential. All county employees and their dependents can expect the following services:

Same day access to a licensed therapist by telephone Monday through Friday.
Comprehensive assessment, referrals and solution-focused therapy for all employees and their dependents.
In person appointments with up to 6 sessions per calendar year at no cost to you.
Exclusive Care Referrals to the "best fit" providers who effectively treat psychological problems.
On-Site Group and Departmental Interventions.
Consultation with supervisors, managers, and Human Resources Service Managers about workplace issues from experts in understanding human behavior.
Trainings and Workshops for employees and managers.
On-Site Critical Incident Stress Debriefings.
