Gayle Moore began her twenty-eight year law enforcement career as a University police Officer while attending Washington State University. Upon graduation, she became the only female State Trooper with the Washington State Patrol, where she served as an undercover drug investigator, and as a crime scene technician assigned to the State Crime Laboratory system. She began her Federal Law Enforcement career for three years as a Special Agent with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms. Ms. Moore transferred to the United States Secret Service in 1982. She experienced increasingly responsible supervisory positions throughout her career, to include the Presidential Protection Division. She possesses an extensive array of professional experience in criminal investigations, protective intelligence, physical and infrastructure protection, operational experience in presidential and foreign dignitary protection and security, and complex logistical support activities.

Upon her retirement from the USSS in 2002, Ms. Moore became the Vice President of Corporate Security for MGM Studios Inc, one of the seven major movie studios in the world. She is experienced in emergency management and business continuity planning in corporate environments, and was a major force in the studio’s anti-piracy initiatives. She is also a threat assessment professional, and provided not only physical asset protection, but protection of executives and talent as well.

In 2005, Ms. Moore relocated to Palm Desert, California, and has since directed two proprietary security departments at private residential golf club properties. She teaches advanced protocol and courses on executive protection and executive security for Henley-Putnam University. She is a licensed private investigator, a private patrol operator, and provides investigative and security survey services through her own company, Gemis Investigative Services.

Ms. Moore holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Police Science and Administration from Washington State University.
