Carol Lynn Anderson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Management from the University of Redlands, and has worked for the County of Riverside for over eleven years. She is presently the Administrative Services Officer within the Administrative Office of the County Code Enforcement Department.

Carol Lynn is life-long resident of the Inland Empire, and is committed to educating and preventing violence against women and children, as well as raising public awareness and education on mental illness, including the services/options available to the residents of the Inland Empire.
