What is the Employee Assistance Services (EAS)?
EAS was established in 1983 as an innovative employee and family assistance program. The program is designed to help employees and their family members with personal and work-related concerns which affect their happiness, general well-being and work functioning.  Our professional staff includes licensed psychologists and marriage and family therapists. EAS staff provides confidential, face-to-face, telephonic and short-term counseling, referrals and educational workshops and training on various topics.
Who is eligible for EAS services?
EAS is a confidential employee benefit of up to 6 counseling sessions per employee and per family member (spouses, partners & children up to the age of 26 if living at home) at NO CHARGE.  The program is designed to assist all county employees and qualified family members when work or personal issues are affecting their quality of life.
