The Educational Support Program's Difficult to Recruit or Retain (ESP-DTR) list is specific to this program and differs from the Class and Comp or Employee Referral Program DTR lists. Departments have the ability to request that specific positions be designated as difficult to recruit or retain due to current or projected future needs. The most recent list will be discussed with participants at the meeting with the Career Counselor. Departments may review this list with their Human Resources Services Manager or the Career Counselor.
