
This application process applies to all components of the Educational Support Program excluding the Educational Loan Repayment Program. For more information on loan repayment please visit our Program Components page.
STEP 1
Regular employees that are in good standing with no documented performance or behavioral issues that have passed their initial County probationary period may continue to apply to the program. To apply complete an Educational Support Program Application, including all required signatures* and submit the original application. See our Contact Us page for delivery method.
STEP 2
Once the ESP team receives the completed application, you will receive an e-mail from an ESP representative with a link and instructions to take an online career assessment. Once you have completed the assessment you will receive an email with further instructions to schedule a Career Counseling appointment.
STEP 3
You will be scheduled for a one hour meeting with a counselor. Employees will also have an opportunity to discuss educational requirements for identified careers, job outlook, university options, college matriculation process, transfer and graduation requirements, financial aid/scholarship opportunities, and any possible financial assistance.
* A manager / supervisor’s signature on the Educational Support Program application does not approve any funding
