How to fill your Prescription from your Doctor

Your Doctor May:

• Scan and e-mail your prescription.
• Fax (951-955-0899) your prescription directly to the Rubidoux Pharmacy.
• Or download our online prescription form and fax it to the Exclusive Care Rubidoux Pharmacy.

Options for You:

• You may pay by phone at 1-877-RIVCO-RX (748-2679)
• Make payments at the Rubidoux Pharmacy when you pick up your prescription.

Mail Order:

• If you want your prescription mailed to you, you may sign up for our mail order program by downloading the mail order form. Please fax, mail, email or submit your forms to the Rubidoux Pharmacy.
