How to fill your Prescription from your Doctor
Your Doctor may send your prescription to the Rubidoux Pharmacy through the following options:
- Call 1 (877) RIVCO RX (877-748-2679)
- E-prescribe
- Fax (951-955-0899) your prescription directly to the Rubidoux Pharmacy.
- Mail: 5456 Mission Blvd. Rubidoux, CA 92509
Options for You:
- You may pay by phone at 1-877-RIVCO-RX (748-2679)
- Make payments at the Rubidoux Pharmacy when you pick up your prescription.
- Send payments by check to: 5256 Mission Blvd. Rubidoux, CA 92509 (Please make sure your name, contact information and prescription number is included on the check).
Mail Order:
- If you want your prescription mailed to you, you may sign up for our mail order program by downloading the mail order form. Please fax, mail, email or submit your forms to the Rubidoux Pharmacy.
