*Note: If you are a member of the Exclusive Health Plan, you must participate in the mail order program for your maintenance medications. Please see the Exclusive Care website at www.exclusivecare.com for instructions regarding your insurance.

About Exclusive Care

Exclusive Care Health Insurance was developed in 1999 to provide comprehensive health care coverage to County of Riverside employees. In 2007, Exclusive Care Select was developed to provide health insurance coverage to retirees of public agencies and their dependents. The insurance plan is self-funded and provides client focused, cost effective care. Additionally, the plan offers programs such as disease prevention and disease management, Centers of Excellence, mental health coverage, wellness plans and state of the art prescription plans. Step 1:

Your doctor can send your prescription to the Rubidoux Pharmacy through the following options:

Step 2:

Fill out the Mail Order Program application available on this website or contact Exclusive Care Member Services (1-800-962-1133, Option 1) and they will mail the application to you. You may submit your application to the Rubidoux Pharmacy through the following options:

Step 3:

Make your co-payment by phone at 1(877) RIVCO RX, or at the Rubidoux Pharmacy. We accept cash, checks and major credit cards.
