If you are a member of Exclusive Care or Blue Shield Health Insurance Plans, your prescriptions can be mailed or sent via FedEx to your home or work address!! This service is free!
*Note: If you are a member of the Exclusive Care Select Plan, you must participate in the mail order program for your maintenance medications. Please see the Exclusive Care website at www.exclusivecare.com for instructions regarding your insurance.
Step 1:
Have your doctor send your prescription to the Rubidoux Pharmacy through the following options:

- E-prescribe
- Fax: (951) 955-0899
- Mail: 5256 Mission Blvd. Rubidoux, CA 92509
Step 2:
Fill out the Mail Order Program application available on this website or contact Exclusive Care Member Services (1-800-962-1133, Option 1) and they will mail the application to you. You may submit you application to the Rubidoux Pharmacy through the following options:

- Make your co-payment by phone at 1(877) RIVCO RX, or at the pharmacy. We accept cash, checks, or major credit cards.
- Discuss with the pharmacist whether you need your prescription mailed or sent by FedEx. If this is a refill of a previous prescription, you may click on the precription refills tab on the website and order your prescriptions online. When you order them online, choose the mail order option. If you would prefer your prescription be delivered via FedEx. Type the word Fedex in the comments section when you check out. A Pharmacist will follow up with a phone call to discuss co-payment options.
Step 4:
Receive your prescription at home or at your office.
