Ordering Your Prescription

• Your doctor may:
  • scan and email,
  • fax your prescription directly to the Rubidoux Pharmacy;
  • or download one of our prescription forms online and fax it to the Rubidoux Pharmacy; or 
• You may bring your prescription to the Pharmacy; or 
• Once your prescription is on file, you may set up an account to order future prescriptions online.

Picking Up Your Prescription and Making Your Co-Payments

• You may pay by phone at 1 (877) RIVCO RX (877-748-2679), or make your co-payment at the Rubioux Pharmacy when you pick up your prescription.
• You may sign up for our mail order program and receive your prescriptions via mail or fedex. To sign up, download our mail order forms and fax, mail, email or submit them at the Rubidoux Pharmacy.

We accept cash, major credit cards, and checks.

FastPak Compliance Packaging

The Rubidoux Pharmacy utilizes the FastPak system to customize prescriptions and provide them in packaging that will assist you in taking the right dosage at the right times. For instance, if you have to take several prescriptions at various times of the day, the FastPak system will package the prescriptions according to your doctors recommendations and provide customized labeling. Below is an image of what your prescription will look like. If you would prefer to receive your prescriptions in the conventional pill bottles, please indicate this when you order your prescriptions online, by phone, or at the Rubidoux Pharmacy.
