Internal County Program to Sign up for Wellness Classes
To enroll in any of the LUNCH & LEARN or LUNCH & MOVE classes:
- Visit the Wellness Learning Portal;
- Complete the login information requested;
- Verify your email address and mail stop number;
- Select 'Catalogs' from the left-side navigation bar;
- Select 'Course Calendar' from the left-side navigation bar;
- Locate the class you are interested in attending;
- Click 'Enroll Me' and you will receive an email confirmation of your enrollment.
WEBINARS ON DEMAND:
- Follow the same log-in process above (Steps 1, 2 and 3);
- Select 'Catalogs' from the left-side navigation bar;
- Select 'Course Catalog' from the left-side navigation bar;
- Open the 'Wellness Folder';
*NOTE: Pop-up blocker must be turned off.
(To verify, click 'Tools > Pop-up Blocker' on the internet explorer toolbar. This is a setting controlled by your department, please contact your department's IT for assistance if needed; the Wellness Team cannot assist you with this function.)
- Open the sub folder, 'Online Classes';
- Locate the webinar you wish to view and click 'Enroll Me'.
- The enrollment process has two parts:
- a worksheet that you print first, and
- the webinar which you view/listen to while completing the worksheet.
- Once your worksheet is completed send it to the Wellness team at mail stop 2546 or via email/scan and we will reward you with one Activity Point.
