If you ever wonder what your weight should be, and better yet, your waist size, and many other numbers we are all supposed to be tracking, you found the right class. Learn about recommended numbers for your blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar. How much water should you be drinking, anyway? Should you be counting calories, or is it carbs? How about protein? And fat? Fiber?!!! We will sort it all out in this fun-filled class. Bring something to write with and write on, we will share a lot of numbers!
This is a 25-minute class. Given the short duration of the class and the good amount of information we will be sharing, we strongly encourage you to arrive on time, and we will finish on time. You have the option of bringing your blood work results (biometrics), your questions and something to write with and write on. Enjoy!
