Nutrition Basics

This 25-minute class will give you a synopsis of the general guidelines on good nutrition principles and definitions according to major health organization recommendations.  The class is tailored to participants' input. 

Given the short duration of the class and the good amount of information we will be sharing, we strongly encourage you to arrive on time, and we will finish on time.  Bring your questions and  something to write with and write on.  Enjoy!

This class is limited to the first 20 people who sign up.  As a courtesy to your fellow co-workers, please cancel your reservation if you can't make it after all, at least one day in advance so that others can join us.  Thank you in advance!
