Reading Food Labels

Learn how to read food labels to make smart food choices!  This is 25-minute class to help you focus on what are important parts of the label based on your health status or interest, and the major health organization recommendations.  The class is tailored to participants' input. 

Given the short duration of the class and the good amount of information we will be sharing, we strongly encourage you to arrive on time, and we will finish on time.  Bring food labels for practice: no comments will be made of the food item, unless requested, so bring your favorite ones!  Also bring your questions and  something to write with and write on.  Enjoy!

This class is limited to the first 20 people who sign up.  As a courtesy to your fellow co-workers, please cancel your reservation if you can't make it after all, at least one day in advance so that others can join us.  Thank you in advance!
