Which Food is Better?

Bring your food questions to this class to learn on practical ways to choose foods that are healthier and not necessarily more expensive.  We will address organic versus standard, processed versus natural, best foods to have, foods to be saved for special occasions (if you choose to have them). 

This is a 25-minute class.  Given the short duration of the class and the good amount of information we will be sharing, we strongly encourage you to arrive on time, and we will finish on time.  You have the option of bringing your blood work results (biometrics), your questions and  something to write with and write on.  Enjoy!

This class is limited to the first 20 people who sign up.  As a courtesy to your fellow co-workers, please cancel your reservation if you can't make it after all, at least one day in advance so that others can join us.  Thank you in advance!
