Bring out the 'Bands' - Caution: This classes uses latex bands

This 25 Minute Class focuses on Strength Training for the upper body utilizing Bodylastics Exercise Bands. The Instructor will begin with a 5 minute warm-up and then lead participants through a series of strength training exercises targeting the Back, Chest, Biceps, Triceps, and Shoulders.

PLEASE NOTE THE BANDS ARE MADE OF LATEX.

IF YOU ARE ALLERGIC TO LATEX YOU SHOULD NOT ATTEND THIS CLASS.
