This 25 Minute Class focuses on effective alternatives to traditional weight room training focusing on strengthening, stabilizing or stretching various muscle groups using little or no equipment; participants may spend a large part of the class ‘sitting’ on a yoga mat on the ground. The Instructor will begin with a 5 minute warm-up and then lead participants through a series of Yoga Stretches and Pilates Based Exercises.
This class requires a moderate level of coordination and all exercises are performed based on your ‘individual’ unique limitations.
