Lifting 'Lite'

This 25 Minute Class focuses on strength training (also known as Weight Training) using a variety of bodybars (weighted bars) and/or dumbbells and will incorporate exercises for all the major muscle groups promoting a balanced development of body segments. The exercises will increase preparedness for and/or compliment daily activities. The Exercises WILL incorporate multi-joint movements.

Beginners may participate and use no weights until they are familiar or comfortable with using the bodybars or dumbbells.
