Low Impact Cardio Circuit

This 25 Minute low impact aerobics class focuses on increased calorie use to fun and lively music. There will be some lateral and horizontal movement but all ‘movements’ will be low-impact and focus on balance, coordination, body awareness and oxygen consumption. The class will consist of a warm-up, steady state aerobic movement and a cool-down.

IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THE PARTICIPANT WEAR ‘AEROBIC’ SHOES (Also known as court shoes). Running and Walking Shoes may not be appropriate for this class.
