The MyStart! Tracker is a FREE tool from the American Heart Association that helps us make positive lifestyle changes through walking and a better diet. It’s a great way for individuals to track their progress as part of the Start! Walking Program and the new MyStart! Walking Plans. With MyStart! Tracker, you can track your daily physical activities – even retroactively.
From November 1, 2012 until October 31, 2013 work towards your “Steps to Wellness.”
The Tracker will convert your preferred physical activity into the appropriate number of steps.
