Participants will have the opportunity to voluntarily have a Biometric Screening. Biometric screenings offer valuable insight into a Member’s health risks by providing a number of biometric measures, such as weight, height, blood cholesterol levels including HDL, LDL, triglycerides and blood glucose. There will be no cost to the employee, spouse or registered domestic partner or eligible retiree for the Biometric Screening.

While the program is completely voluntary, should the employee wish to earn the monthly premium reduction, the employee is required to first complete the Personal Wellness Profile and fully participate in the Biometric Screening and Action Plan(s).
