The Optimal Health & Wellness Program will offer self guided programs that will assist you in meeting your activity points. The recommended programs are the Personal Empowerment Plan (PEP) and the Walking Program. The PEP Program is available now and you can move through the program at your leisure. You can earn ‘Activity’ points by logging and journaling within the PEP Program. Each week you journal at least (3) three times will count as 1 Activity Point. You can journal at your convenience and then turn in your journals no later than October 31st of the plan year.
You can also join multiple programs – such as the PEP along with the lunch & learns and the lunch & moves. You can also sign up for a Computer Based Course in lieu of the lunch & learns. If you are already a walker you can join our walking club (program) and journal your walks. For each week that you walk at least 3 (three) times and journal your steps you will earn 1 Activity Point.
