Are you ready to find ‘your’ path to Optimal Health & Wellness?

 

The Optimal Health & Wellness Program will offer an integrated activities based benefits program that encourages employees, their covered spouse or registered domestic partner and Retirees to work with a team of Health & Wellness Professionals to design a ‘customized’ plan to improve their Health & Wellbeing. You can review the plan document on the right or you can preview the individual tabs on your left: Health Assessment, Biometric Screening, Action Plan, Action Plan Activities, Rewards.

Are you excited about getting started in the new Optimal Health & Wellness Program but you are unsure of how to proceed? 

 The 'How Do I Enroll' Document on the right 'asks and answers' many of the basic program questions.

 The Enrollment Packet contains most of the required program enrollment forms but you must contact the Wellness Office to arrange to have the 'Personal Wellness Profile' and 'Quest Lab Slip' sent to you via interoffice mail. Please email the Wellness Team at Wellness@rc-hr.com to request any enrollment materials you may need.
