Employee Referral Program Update

The Employee Referral Program was disbanded effective August 31st, 2020. All referrals collected on or prior to August 31st, 2020 will be honored and bonuses will be paid out, should the referral become eligible prior to its expiration (referrals are considered open and active for one calendar year from the date of submission). Any referrals collected since September 1st, 2020, are considered ineligible and have been closed out in the referral platform accordingly.

If you submitted a referral on or prior to August 31st, 2020, and believe your referral may now be eligible for a bonus, please reach out to ERP@RIVCO.ORG for assistance. 

Referral awards are only paid for bonus-eligible positions.  See our program rules and guidelines for additional information on participating in the Employee Referral Program.

The referral status is updated at the time the candidate is hired into a bonus-eligible position or when the referral expires after one year.  No other status updates are provided.
